Thought for the Day, and Every Day:  Breathe People, Breathe :)  The simple act of taking a full breath (full inhale and complete exhale) will reduce mental and physical tension.  Your Neck, Shoulders, and Upper Back will Love you!  

Try This:  Relax your jaw, breathe in slowly, through your nose (counting to 4 if possible), pause, and exhale slowly through your nose (again, counting to 4).  Repeat a few times. It is that simple.  More on the Breathing Front, later.
